Scope

This policy applies to staff, contractors, volunteers and partners acting on behalf of TSG Hobart Central in an approved social or community activity.

03

Policy Statement

We support appropriate activities that contribute to the betterment of society and encourage participation in approved community projects, charitable initiatives and volunteer programs.

04

Types of Social Activities

Eligible activities may include charity fundraisers, donation drives, environmental initiatives, educational programs, health and wellbeing campaigns, food drives and disaster-relief initiatives.

Activities conflicting with law, safety requirements or the values and reputation of the business are not eligible for official support.

05

Participation Guidelines

Participation is voluntary unless otherwise agreed as part of a person’s role.

Approval must be obtained before representing the business at an external event or organising an activity under the store’s name.

Participants are expected to maintain professional, respectful and safe conduct.
